Process
At CARE, once an animal is admitted to our trauma care facility, a thorough assessment is done before reaching a diagnosis and preparing a treatment plan. Each case is given a deposition number, and the reporter is informed of the treatment to be provided. For updates, the reporter may call our helpline, share the deposition number, and our veterinarians will return the call with details at the end of the day, ensuring transparency and continued communication throughout recovery.
